Camera-Ready Instructions

WiOpt is technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Control Systems Society, the IEEE Information Theory Society, and IFIP. All accepted papers will be published with open access in the IFIP Digital Library and will also be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore.

Before uploading your camera-ready PDF to EDAS, please complete the following steps:

  1. Fill and upload the IFIP copyright form. See the instructions below.
  2. Finalize your PDF by addressing the comments of the reviewers, then validate the PDF using IEEE PDF eXpress.
  3. Register to the conference following the instructions at this link.

Copyright Form

The IFIP copyright form can be found at: http://www.ifip.org/images/stories/ifip/public/publications/dlcopyright.pdf. Uploading the signed copyright form is required to upload your paper.

Please complete and sign the IFIP copyright form, then upload the signed copy to EDAS as copyright-[PAPER ID].pdf before submitting your camera-ready paper. If you encounter any errors in EDAS, please contact the workshop organizers and include both your camera-ready paper and the signed copyright form.

Instructions for Camera-Ready Submission

Please use the IEEE Templates for Conference Proceedings to prepare your camera-ready paper.

The submission deadline for the camera-ready paper is April 17, 2026.

Instructions for Registration

To ensure that your paper is included in the proceedings, at least one author must complete a Workshop Author Registration and present the paper at the conference. Please visit the main conference website at this link to register for the workshop.
