Camera-Ready Instructions
WiOpt is technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Control Systems Society, the IEEE Information Theory Society, and IFIP. All accepted papers will be published with open access in the IFIP Digital Library and will also be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore.
Before uploading your camera-ready PDF to EDAS, please complete the following steps:
- Fill and upload the IFIP copyright form. See the instructions below.
- Finalize your PDF by addressing the comments of the reviewers, then validate the PDF using IEEE PDF eXpress.
- Register to the conference following the instructions at this link.
Copyright Form
The IFIP copyright form can be found at:
http://www.ifip.org/images/stories/ifip/public/publications/dlcopyright.pdf. Uploading the signed copyright form is required to upload your paper.
Please complete and sign the IFIP copyright form, then upload the signed copy to EDAS as copyright-[PAPER ID].pdf before submitting your camera-ready paper. If you encounter any errors in EDAS, please contact the workshop organizers and include both your camera-ready paper and the signed copyright form.
Instructions for Camera-Ready Submission
Please use the IEEE Templates for Conference Proceedings to prepare your camera-ready paper.
- The PDF file must be at most 8 pages long, and the PDF version must be 1.4 or higher. All fonts must be embedded, and the PDF should not contain bookmarks or links. The abstract should be no more than 250 words.
- The following page sizes are allowed: letter, A4. Font size must be 10 pt or larger. The paper must have 2 columns. The minimum line spacing is 11 pt. For letter-sized paper, the left and right margins must be at least 0.625 in. The top margin must be at least 0.7 in. The bottom margin must be at least 0.9 in. For A4 paper, the left and right margins must be at least 1.2 cm. The top margin must be at least 1.8 cm. The bottom margin must be at least 2.5 cm.
- Validate your PDF file using IEEE PDF eXpress (https://ieee-pdf-express.org/account/login). Click on "Create account", enter 71098X as conference ID, then enter your email address, choose a password, and click on "Submit" to create an account. Once you are logged in, follow the instructions to upload your camera ready paper. PDF eXpress will check your paper and will inform you about the outcome via email.
- Upload to EDAS the IEEE Xplore-compliant paper received from PDF eXpress via email.
The submission deadline for the camera-ready paper is April 17, 2026.
Instructions for Registration
To ensure that your paper is included in the proceedings, at least one author must complete a Workshop Author Registration and present the paper at the conference. Please visit the main conference website at this link to register for the workshop.
